Are you our new Legal Investment and Corporate Secretarial Administrator?

As an Investment & Corporate Administrator at Intrum in Dublin you will be responsible for legal administration of investment transactions and general corporate secretarial matters with particular focus on filing requirements and record keeping for Irish investment Companies.

The team consists of ­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­investment professionals based in Intrum’s Dublin office, Sweden as well as in Zug, Switzerland.

What will you do:

  • Support Intrum’s Investment team in new portfolio acquisitions and generally all transactions completed by the Irish investment platform in all Intrum’s 24 European markets engaged in Portfolio Investments;
  • Corporate housekeeping and legal operations for Intrum’s Irish investment vehicles and Intrum Investment Services Limited., in cooperation with Global Legal and the Global Business Servicers Center (Athens, Greece).
  • Investment administration :
  • Collating documentation for all transactions
  • Review checklists and filing and compliance for all Intrum Irish Designated Activity Company’s (DAC’s) and Intrum Investment Services Limited.
  • Administration of correspondence (electronic and hard copy) for all Intrum’s Irish investment vehicles and Intrum Investment Services Limited
  • Co-ordinating meetings
  • Draft and maintain Minutes of Meetings
  • Demonstrate team player qualities within the Portfolio Investments team
  • Assistance in General Office facilities Management.

What we’re looking for:

  • Minimum Third Level Degree ( Legal, Finance or Business Degree )
  • Experience in general corporate matters
  • Graduate with preferably 18 – 24 months experience in a corporate secretary and or legal and administration role
  • Any European language in addition to English is a plus
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Keeping the right balance between highest quality standards and a hands-on attitude
  • Keen to establish robust processes for routine work, take on recurring work as well as ad hoc work
  • Integrity
  • Open minded and a people’s person with the ability to cooperation with multiple market teams
