In brief, your responsibilities will be:
- Support drafting and reviewing contracts (such as sale and purchase of goods and services; marketing contracts; sponsorship contracts; export contracts)
- Legal advice for marketing campaigns and use of social media
- Legal analysis on product compliance with regard to labeling and packaging
- Drafting memoranda, legislation and case law research
- Assistance on legal matters for all company functions
Skills & Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in the Master's program for admission to the legal profession or Spanish Law Degree.
- Minimum experience is a plus
- Strong proficiency in English
- EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included)
