We are seeking a highly qualified Legal Counsel to join our in-house Legal Team in Athens. Practice areas include finance and banking. Previous work experience in fintech business will be an asset.
This is an opportunity to join a dynamic business environment and work on a wide variety of legal issues.

What you will do:

  • Drafting and reviewing agreements that are related with the provision of microfinance services such as B2B services agreements, term sheets, LoIs, MoUs, NDAs but also software licensing agreements with technology providers, banks, and financial institutions.
  • Research, anticipate issues and guard Company against legal risks.
  • Provide consultation and handle commercial law issues (e.g. vendor/partner agreements, tax issues, etc.);
  • Work closely with our internal commercial, product and compliance teams, as well as with external advisors and experts on a variety of legal issues

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor of Laws (LLB),
  • Master of Laws (LLM)
  • Admitted to the Greek Bar
  • Excellent command of English language (C2 Level)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • 4 years’ experience in Finance and Banking law
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational and negotiation skills
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with heavy workloads
  • Excellent MS Word and excel skills
