Sales Representative
JOB SUMMARY
Reporting into the Sales Field Manager Sweden the Sales Representative will be a true brand
ambassador for Kontoor Brands.
Working as part of a Country Sales Field team in a Key Market, you will be field based covering a district in Sweden.
To drive sales growth and positively promote the perception of the brands.
Meeting or exceed sales targets and objectives assigned to your area. Using company tools provided
evaluate new account opportunities to grow the brand in line with current strategy and maximize both
visibility and accessibility to make Kontoor Brands the company of choice of Denim.
Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services. Giving sales
presentations to a range of prospective clients
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute mid and long-term sales plans for Sweden, cascaded down from Northern
Region and EMEA’s road maps and business plans. This with a huge Customer focus.
- Determine and drive Regional Sales accounts objectives and targets in agreement with Regional Sales
manager and in accordance with Sweden & EMEA Annual Growth Plans.
- Closely monitor account credit status and work with accounts, Credit Control and Customer Service
to minimize outstanding debt and Credit-held orders.
- Liaise, co-operate and co-ordinate, specifically within the following departments: Customer Service,
Credit, Marketing/Merchandising and Operations/Planning
- Through regular field visits, offer support to existing customer base and develop a working relationship with (local) field accounts.
- Plan and attend meetings, identify and execute against business needs and
incremental opportunities.
- Drive the consumer Brand experience within the Regional Accounts through owning the
development of in store Brand presentation together with Regional VM team.
- Provide weekly reporting and regular feedback to your manager covering the marketplace,
competitor activity and product development.

TYPICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Show strong influencing skills to work across a complex matrix organization
- Goal oriented, turns targets into actions and is persistent to go beyond. Turns deadlines into a healthy pressure to perform.
- Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
- Minimum of 3 years working experience within a wholesale environment
- Ability to prioritize and plan.
- Eligible to work in Sweden.
- Strong relationship, management, and negotiation skills
- Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter who can work independently and in teams
