  • Own recurring reporting cycles (monthly, quarterly, bi-annual, annual) for People Development and associated programs

  • Track course completion, learner engagement, knowledge retention, and program effectiveness, connecting data across platforms for a comprehensive view

  • Partner with program owners to evaluate learning ROI and optimize program design

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to measure KPIs and ensure learning initiatives support business objectives

  • Support data governance and ensure the accuracy and security of learning data

  • Work closely with HR, Talent Development, and cross-functional teams to align learning analytics with broader organizational initiatives

  • Coordinate logistics for learning programs, workshops, and webinars

  • Manage learner communications and engagement campaigns

  • Assist in content curation and deployment across platforms like LMSs and LinkedIn Learning

  • Participate in vendor meetings for tools such as LMS, survey platforms, and external learning providers

What You’ll Need

  • Undergraduate Degree or equivalent combination of knowledge and related career experience

  • 4+ years of experience in an analytics, reporting, or related field

  • Learning & Development experience, preferably in a tech or SaaS environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience collaborating across global teams in a high-growth tech or SaaS environment

  • Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using Excel, SQL, and/or Python

  • Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI)

  • Strong data storytelling skills with the ability to present insights to non-technical stakeholders
Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and platforms such as LinkedIn Learning

  • Experience with survey platforms such as Google Forms, Culture Amp, or similar

  • Exposure to program or project management in a learning or HR environment
Knowledge of adult learning theory, instructional design principles, or learning measurement frameworks (e.g., Kirkpatrick Model)

  • Strong analytical and project management skills, with the ability to interpret data and manage multiple initiatives in a global, matrixed organization

  • Ability to quickly adopt and use new technologies to build learning insights

Travel Requirements & Working Conditions

  • Minimal travel, less than 10%
