Description

As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will be responsible for the design, development, and delivery of both technical and non-technical training programmes. You will work closely with departments across the organisation to assess training needs, create tailored content, and manage the entire learning lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Include:

• Develop engaging course content and training programmes for both technical and non-technical staff.

• Manage and enhance the use of our learning platform, Moodle, to support training initiatives.

• Schedule and coordinate training sessions, ensuring timely delivery and completion across the business.

• Track and report on training participation, progress, and outcomes.

• Provide expert advice on individual professional development plans, aligning them with business objectives.

• Support general training requirements and contribute to the overall learning strategy.

• Stay updated with industry trends and ensure continuous improvement of learning materials and methods.

Requirements

About You:

• Proven experience in course content creation and training programme development for diverse audiences.

• Strong knowledge of Moodle or other learning management systems.

• Experience in advising on professional development plans and supporting educational pathways.
