The Role

As an experienced Learning and Development (L&D) Partner, you will collaborate with key stakeholders across the organisation to analyse development needs and provide comprehensive training and development solutions to Our Team as we continue to scale.

Your role will be instrumental in building a high-performance culture and enhancing employee growth and development at Cubic Telecom. We are looking for a creative and dynamic individual who is enthusiastic about learning and development, with experience designing innovative training programs and delivering engaging learning experiences. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact and contribute to the further growth and success of Cubic.

You will have the opportunity to design and deliver training on a variety of topics, including leadership development, business skills, technical skills, and performance management.

As an experienced L&D partner you will manage the day-to-day training requirements, undertake training needs analysis for teams, meet employees to discuss their individual development requirements, handle Further Education support requests, source and negotiate with external trainers when required, and manage the L&D budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify learning and development needs across the organisation.
  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs and initiatives, including leadership development, business skills, technical skills, and performance management.
  • Develop and facilitate engaging learning experiences, using a variety of delivery methods, including instructor-led training, e-learning, and experiential learning activities.
  • Create and maintain training materials, resources, and online learning platforms.
  • Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Partner with colleagues in People team and other teams to ensure that training initiatives align with organisational goals and culture.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
  • Support the overall learning and development strategy and assist with other projects as needed.
Requirements
  • Proven record in a learning and development partner role, with a focus on designing and delivering training programs.
  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners.
  • Effective communication and people skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with a variety of training delivery methods, including e-learning, instructor-led training, and experiential learning activities.
  • Exceptional organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
  • Knowledge of HR practices and understanding of organisational culture and development.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Passion for learning and development and commitment to continuous improvement.
  • A growth mindset and a strong sense of curiosity.
