Designs customized leadership learning journeys, training materials, event-embedded learning experiences, and content ecosystems for a global automotive client. Applies behavioral science, adult learning, experiential learning, coaching, gamification, and peer engagement. Collaborates with creative and operations teams, supports onsite facilitation, captures participant feedback, and iterates content using AI tools. The role spans face-to-face workshops, virtual training, employee events, and channel events in a multinational client-facing environment.
At Bond, we are dedicated to helping global brands achieve customer-centric growth. We build customised loyalty marketing and human experience solutions for Fortune 1000 clients, enabled by technology and data insights. As a creative partner for our clients, we deliver innovative and impactful assets that elevate their brand experiences across the globe.
A hands-on content and experience design role within a global team, working across three connected spaces: highly customised leadership learning journeys (face-to-face and virtual), large-scale employee and channel events designed to shift mindset and behaviour, and the content ecosystems that connect them. Everything is tailor-made for a major automotive client — no off-the-shelf solutions. You'll design training materials, shape event-embedded learning experiences, apply behavioural science and adult learning principles, and co-facilitate sessions onsite. Content is always evolving — regular redesign cycles are part of the job.
