We're looking for an experienced Project Manager with Lean Six Sigma certification to join our team and lead complex, data-driven initiatives that drive meaningful change and process improvement. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to deliver impactful results through a combination of strategic planning, process optimisation, and strong leadership.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, change-orientated environment. You'll be responsible for managing end-to-end project lifecycles, from requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement, through to implementation, testing, and continuous improvement.
Please note that this is a hybrid role and you are expected to work from our customer's Dublin office 2-3 days per week.
Required Skills:
- Experienced Project Manager with a strong background in all phases of a project from requirements gathering and documentation, through to implementation and testing
- Proven experience delivering complex projects in technology-enabled, customer-focused environments
- PMP or equivalent project management certification
- Lean Six Sigma certified with demonstratable success in process improvement initiatives
- Expertise in data analysis, root cause analysis, and statistical problem solving
- Skilled in change management and driving operational alignment
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
Key responsibilities & duties include:
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth delivery
- Manage internal communication across project phases, acting as the primary point of contact and escalation
- Partner with customer teams, product managers, and PMO to map and redesign processes for new technology and automation opportunities
- Conduct thorough analysis of existing workflows, identifying inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Design streamlined, scalable processes and quantify potential savings or customer benefits
- Support development and delivery of RPA solutions in collaboration with technical teams
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of internal project methodologies and frameworks
Tools & Methodologies:
- Lean principles (5S, Kaizen, Kanban, Value Stream Mapping)
- Six Sigma statistical tools (SPC, DOE, regression analysis)
- Project management software (MS Project, Jira, Asana)
- Data visualisation and analysis tools (Minitab, Tableau, PowerBI) is desirable
- Agile/Scrum methodologies for adaptive project management
