What you will do
We are seeking a new team member to join our University Recruiting team for EMEA. We are looking for someone passionate about recruiting early talent and building strong partnerships with key universities across Ireland. You will play a meaningful role in ensuring we attract, source, qualify, present, and hire candidates for our Co-Op programs.

- You will own full cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring talent into Stryker’s early talent pipeline with main focus on our Co-Op program.
- You will foster relationships with internal stakeholders to understand hiring goals and embed diversity recruiting strategies in all aspects of hiring execution.
- You will develop and execute a campus recruiting strategy for key target schools. This includes but is not limited to visits career fairs (virtually or on-site), speaking engagements, company presentations, faculty collaboration, and partnership with student organizations.
- You will gather competitive intelligence on other employers recruiting on-campus and develop strategies on competing effectively for the top students.
- You will have an opportunity to directly impact the early talent strategy through partnerships with universities and student organizations.

What you need:
- Bachelor’s degree required; degree preferably in Human Resources, Business, Marketing or a similar field.
- 4+ years of professional work experience within Human Resources or Talent Acquisition required.
- 2+ years of University Recruiting, especially high-volume co-op and intern recruitment experience required.
- Passion for Early Talent recruiting and driven to build connections across the university landscape in Ireland.
- Prior experience of developing, planning and executing of early talent and/or university recruitment strategies and building collaborations with colleges and universities required.
- Demonstrated results from innovative recruitment strategies (high-volume strategies are a plus) preferred.
- Multi-country talent acquisition experience preferred.
- Experience in a matrixed multinational environment preferred.
- Fluency in English is required.
