About the Team:
Our vision at GTreasury is to enable customers with the clarity to act, and the Forecasting team aims to achieve just that!
Using GenAI, ML, and other sophisticated modeling algorithms, the Forecasting feature helps folks in the Finance office forecast their cash flow into the future, and if reality deviates from that, not only detect that early, but understand why, and what corrective actions you can take.
What You’ll Do:
- Partner with architects and product managers to design, estimate, and implement cutting-edge application features across front-end, server-side, and database tiers
- Utilize AWS services to craft powerful, scalable, and resilient cloud-based solutions (Lambdas/Elastic Beanstalk/RDB)
- Enhance our software applications and work with delivery pipelines, feature flags, ensuring seamless integration and deployment
- Conduct rigorous unit, integration, and non-functional (performance, security) testing to guarantee our software is production-ready
- Leverage observability tools and logging to troubleshoot and resolve issues across development, test, and production environments
- Share your enthusiasm for tech trends, explore and learn new technologies, engage with tech communities, mentor fellow engineers, and lead in technical design and code evaluations
- Always seek ways to enhance team operations, processes, methodologies, and technology choices, striving for excellence in every practice
- Ensure all work aligns with quality, operational, and architectural standards, contributing to the overarching success of our organization
- Facilitate the configuration of no/low-code bank connectors with top-tier financial institutions

Essential Knowledge / Experience:
- Deep knowledge and expertise in ruby on rails required
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience, with at least 10
years of application development experience
- An expert
in application development and best practices for cloud architecture and deployment
- Proven ability to influence and mentor developers within an agile team environment
- Skilled in reviewing and estimating user stories as part of an agile development process
- Extensive experience with AWSServices
- Expert in database development
- Experience in building web applications using React, and familiarity with JavaScript frameworks
- Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD)
- Skilled in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines
- Advanced troubleshooting skills and experience in production application support
- Solid understanding of Linux/Unix operating system
- Knowledge of AI technology
- Experience in the financial industry is also
a plus
