JOB PURPOSE/MISSION/SUMMARY:

The Lead Specialist will be an integral part of the Lead-to-Account matching project. The goal of the project is multifaceted: 1) have every account in Demand Generation coverage with active, engaged contacts, 2) have an active buyer group for every account in Demand Generation coverage, meaning we have contacts in every key personas such as IT, Procurement, or C-Suite and 3) monitor and deactivate contacts that have not engaged or have demonstrated incorrect contact information from D365. The Lead Management Specialist will work closely with the Demand Strategy team to assess accounts and contacts until we reach 100% coverage of the total addressable market.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES / KEY JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Source contacts with specific titles and personas from ZoomInfo or other data provider platforms for accounts identified by the Demand Strategy team
  • Upload lists of contacts into the lead-to-account match program to link new contacts to their respective D365 accounts
  • Deactivate contacts in D365 whose email address bounces or who do not engage after a designated amount of time
  • Research and append missing data for accounts that do not have enough information to source contacts (ie: missing website)
  • Process and clear lead-to-account match exceptions that cannot be automated and require intervention for D365 matching
  • Report on progress and roadblocks weekly, and participate in team and project meetings regarding progress, processes, and workshops

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & CERTIFICATIONS, BASIC REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in a business environment.
