We’re looking for someone who thrives at the intersection of analytics and platform support. We have a brand new opportunity for a Data and Business Analyst who will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our global reporting system and providing systems support across 7 platforms. Your work will directly improve processes, surface opportunities, and empower decision-making at a global scale.

What you will do: 

  • As the Lead ICM Data and Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analytics and platform support across 100+ countries. You’ll collaborate across time zones and cultures—from LATAM to Asia Pacific—helping to keep our systems running smoothly and our insights flowing
  • Collaborate with IT to build /test and deploy necessary reporting infrastructure 
  • Support and maintain a range of reports and dashboards using various BI tools and databases
  • Monitor data quality and identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for automation. 
  • Actively participate in system implementation or release activities 
  • Partner with the Shared Service Teams to support platform upgrades, enhancements, and ensure ticket Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are being met; identify process improvements where possible
  • Provide training and support to end-users on the use of systems and reporting tools  

What you will need: 

  • Degree
  • 4 years experience as an analyst or similar role
  • Strong data modeling and technical expertise, including Microsoft Excel
  • Experience in IT solutions

Travel Percentage: 10%
