Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Dublin, with flexibility for some remote work. The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for identifying potential clients and creating new sales opportunities through research, proactive outreach, and follow-up activities. Day-to-day tasks include generating and qualifying leads, maintaining accurate records, and working closely with the sales team to define and execute targeted strategies. The role also requires engaging effectively with potential customers to communicate the benefits of BOIPA’s solutions and identifying opportunities for growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Lead Generation and securing New Leads
- Strong Communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients
- Background in Sales and knowledge of sales processes is an advantage
- Proficient in conducting in-depth Research to identify potential business opportunities
- Ability to work independently with strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and familiarity with data-driven decision-making
- A proactive and results-driven attitude towards achieving targets and goals
- Experience in the payment solutions or financial services industry is a plus
