As a Lead Developer, you will be at the heart of our mission. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Participating in the analysis, design, development, and evolution of business solutions leveraging the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Developing and maintaining applications built on .NET and SQL Server technologies while ensuring performance, security, and long term sustainability.
- Collaborating closely with business analysts, architects, developers, and business partners to deliver solutions that meet business needs.
- Contributing to technical decisions, code reviews, quality assurance activities, and knowledge sharing across the team.
- Actively participating in Agile ceremonies, supporting production applications, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
We are looking for someone who:
- Is recognized for their ability to solve complex problems pragmatically and for their expertise in Microsoft software development.
- Stands out through teamwork, collaboration, and a strong customer focus.
- Demonstrates a high level of autonomy, accountability, and commitment to quality.
- Is known for intellectual curiosity, continuous learning, and an interest in innovation, including the integration of artificial intelligence into development practices.
- Has a minimum of 5 years of experience in software development within a Microsoft environment, including experience with C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core, SQL Server, Visual Studio, and Azure DevOps or Git.
- Has excellent written and spoken French skills.
