The Global Sales Enablement team is dedicated to equipping our sales teams & leaders with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles. This includes the delivery of our Global Sales Enablement Strategy aimed at cultivating a high-performance sales culture.
The Regional Sale Enablement Manager will develop and own mechanisms to enable sales and support teams within their designated region. This person is an experienced and talented enablement or sales leader who will drive impactful and cross-functional initiatives. They will operate as the single threaded owner of all Enablement programs in-region including onboarding new joiners, creating and delivering continuous training sessions and sales skill development modules. This person will be responsible for managing the development and performance of a team of trainers, regularly providing feedback, reviewing audience survey performance and coaching their development to become more impactful and effective with their training modules.
What you’ll do:
● Identify sales skills and knowledge gaps, partnering with senior leaders and
cross-functional teams (Sales, Program Management, Quality Assurance, Optimization Solutions) to build targeted programs that increase efficiency, expertise, and overall impact for sales and support teams in the region.
● Lead and manage a team of sales enablement specialists, assigning tasks, providing feedback and fostering a collaborative work environment.
● Create structured sales training programs including modules on sales techniques, objection handling, closing strategies and customer relationship management.
● Track the effectiveness of training programs by monitoring sales metrics, conducting post-training assessments, and making adjustments as needed.
● Ensure training sessions are aligned with the company’s overall sales process and strategies.
● Manage sales enablement technology platforms, repositories and knowledge hubs to provide sales reps with easy access to necessary information and resources.
● Collaborate with regional sales leadership and global sales enablement teams to identify and address sales enablement needs, providing ongoing support and resources to the sales team.
● Assist in the review of global eLearning courses, assessments and certifications.
● Create and manage regional training calendars.
Basic Qualifications
● Minimum 2 years of experience in enablement or professional training in developing sales programs
● Minimum 1 year of experience in digital advertising or marketing industry
● Minimum 1 year of experience leading a team
● Full professional English proficiency
● Regional JPN, LATAM, GCR/SG: Full professional proficiency in regional language

● Clear and effective communication skills
● Experience with sales organizations operating in a virtual environment
● Effective presentation skills with the ability to own a room and influence sellers
● Autonomous, organized and structured
● Experience in a fast-paced dynamic environment, balancing strategic priorities with high-quality, tactical execution
● Ability to work cross-functionally with leaders and subject matter experts
● Strong time management skills
● Able to translate conceptual thoughts to functional tasks
● Experience working with LMS software such as Docebo
● Experience working with project management software such as Asana
