Für unser Kontrolllabor in Göttingen suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als Laborant / Supervisor (m/w/d).
Ihre Aufgaben- Durchführung von Infektionsserologie und NAT-Testungen
- Tätigkeiten in der klinischen Chemie, Immunhämatologie und Hämatologie
- Fachliche Führung und Anleitung der Labormitarbeitenden
- Sicherstellung und Pflege der Dokumentation gemäß GMP-Richtlinien
- Unterstützung des Labormanagers, u. a. bei:
- Lager- und Materialverwaltung
- Dienst- und Einsatzplanung
- Optimierung von Laborprozessen
- Mitarbeit im operativen Tagesgeschäft, z. B. im Bestellwesen und in der Abwicklung externer Dienstleistungen
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als MTLA oder in einem vergleichbaren labormedizinischen Beruf (z. B. BTA, CTA)
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit modernen Analysenautomaten
- Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung
- Gute EDV-Kenntnisse
- Hohes Maß an Flexibilität, Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Ausgeprägte Organisationsfähigkeit und Teamorientierung
- Sehr gute kommunikative, soziale und emotionale Kompetenz
- Ziel- und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Mitarbeit in einem international erfolgreichen Pharmaunternehmen
