DevRev

DevRev’s AgentOS, purpose-built for SaaS companies, comprises three modern CRM apps for support, product, and growth teams. It connects end users, sellers, support, product people, and developers, reducing 9 business apps and converging 6 teams onto a common platform.
Unlike horizontal CRMs, DevRev takes a blank canvas approach to collaboration, AI, and analytics, enabling SaaS companies to increase product velocity and reduce customer churn. DevRev is used by thousands of companies in search of low latency analytics and customizable LLMs to thrive in this era of GenAI.
Headquartered in Palo Alto, California, DevRev has offices in seven global locations. We have raised $100 million in funding from investors like Khosla Ventures and Mayfield at a $1.1 billion valuation. We are also honored to be named on the Forbes 2024 list of America’s Best Startup Employers. Founded in October 2020 by Dheeraj Pandey, former co-founder and CEO of Nutanix, and Manoj Agarwal, former SVP of Engineering at Nutanix, DevRev continues to push the boundaries of innovation, helping thousands of companies thrive in the rapidly evolving landscape of AI-driven SaaS.

Why Join Us

At DevRev, design is central to our company's DNA. You'll be joining a design-first organization where your work directly shapes our product strategy and business outcomes. You'll have the opportunity to define how humans and AI collaborate in the next generation of enterprise software, establishing patterns that may influence the industry for years to come.

We believe technology should serve humanity, not the other way around. Our team is driven by a deep sense of craftsmanship and a genuine optimism about technology's potential to improve lives. We're looking for people who share this ethos—who view design as more than pixels on a screen but as a means to create meaningful human experiences.

Here, the act of designing isn't just about deliverables or deadlines; it's about the joy of solving important problems in elegant ways. It's about bringing humanity to technology through care, empathy, and a relentless commitment to excellence. If this resonates with you—if you see design as both an intellectual challenge and a deeply fulfilling craft—we'd love for you to join us.

We offer competitive compensation, equity, and benefits, along with the chance to work alongside some of the industry's most talented designers, engineers, and AI researchers. Most importantly, you'll be part of building something truly meaningful - a platform that transforms how developers and customers connect.

DevRev is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees
