Role Overview: As a Key Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business forward by managing and nurturing key accounts within the pharmaceutical sector. You will be responsible for developing strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions from our extensive product portfolio. Additionally, you will have the unique opportunity to engage in training and field coaching, ensuring our team is equipped with the knowledge and skills to excel.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the pharmaceutical sector.

Identify and understand client needs, providing customised solutions from our product portfolio.

Drive sales growth and achieve targets through strategic account management.

Conduct training sessions and field coaching to enhance team performance and product knowledge.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:

Proven experience in key account management within the pharmaceutical industry.

A passion and some relative experience in Coaching, mentoring, and training

Good understanding of the nutrition and consumer health market.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Willingness to travel for client meetings and field coaching sessions.
