These are our current challenges and future goals:
After successful market entries in DACH and BeNeLux, Glow25 is now ready to make its mark in France. We're looking for a Key Account Manager France who builds our business in the French market from the ground up – managing existing partners, securing new listings and actively developing ranges and promotions. You'll work closely with our marketing, operations and e-commerce teams and be the face of Glow25 in France: strategic, hands-on and genuinely passionate about brand building.
This is where we need your support:
Market Entry & Expansion You build our business in France – with a focus on drugstores, pharmacies, online retail and selected grocery partners.
Account Management You manage existing customers and win new partners through compelling pitches and tailored product range proposals.
Promotions & Trade Marketing You plan and coordinate promotions, point-of-sale materials and sampling campaigns together with the marketing team.
Cross-functional Collaboration You work closely with internal teams across marketing, operations, regulatory and e-commerce.
Market & Competitive Analysis You keep an eye on trends, spot opportunities and develop new distribution ideas for the French market.
Representation You represent Glow25 at trade shows, customer meetings and industry events across France.
You have the following experience:
Several years of experience in key account management, ideally in FMCG, beauty or health
A strong understanding of the French retail landscape – drugstores, pharmacies, online retail and grocery
Fluent French and English; German is a plus
A structured, proactive way of working with a real hands-on attitude
Confident use of everyday tools: Google Workspace, Slack, Asana and a CRM system
