The Role
Are you an experienced Customer Support or IT professional looking to grow your career in a dynamic and innovative environment? Do you enjoy solving technical challenges and supporting users with IT solutions? We’re looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team, someone with a solid foundation in IT support who’s ready to take on new challenges. In this role, you’ll assist with IT administration, troubleshooting, and daily operations, gaining further hands-on experience in a fast-paced and collaborative setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the setup and maintenance of IT systems, including hardware, software, and networks.
- Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions to end users.
- Help manage software installations, updates, and basic system configurations.
- Contribute to IT documentation and user guidelines.
- Collaborate with senior IT team members to improve system performance and reliability.
- Continuously learn and develop your skills in IT support and infrastructure.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft systems administration and software management.
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, basic troubleshooting).
- Interest in learning about cloud solutions (Microsoft Azure is a plus).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to IT challenges.
- Good communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
- Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
