Role Overview:
The Junior Salesforce Developer/ Salesforce Admin will assist and serve as the technical owner of the CRM (Salesforce) platform ensuring optimal performance and alignment with business needs. This role closely collaborates with Sales, Finance and Customer teams to enhance productivity and streamline processes.
Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshooting and Support: Provide timely troubleshooting and support for Salesforce and other integrated tools. Manage day-to-day configuration, maintenance, and improvement of the platform, including developing and deploying new processes and enhancements.

Data Management and Maintenance: Maintain data accuracy and consistencies through regular audits, cleansing, and deduplication. Manage data imports, updates, and backups. Conduct routine maintenance tasks, including bug fixes and performance optimization.

Solution Design and Implementation: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate needs into Salesforce solutions, and implement scalable, efficient processes and integrations.

Cross functional support: Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Operations and Finance to gather change requirements.

Quality Assurance and release: Assist in the testing, deployment and post-release support of new functionality and ensure the business needs are met and delivered in accordance with business specifications.

CRM Maintenance: Assist in data imports/exports and maintain integrations to SFDC and other integrated systems or tools.
Your profile:

Relevant hands-on experience in Salesforce configurations, coding, and building integrations

Familiarity of working in an Agile environment preferred

Ability and willingness to learn new concepts and business processes rapidly with the enthusiasm to drive new initiatives and projects forward.

Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and translate technical concepts
