Responsibilities

Project Management Support:

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of advisory projects for daa International’s global clients.
  • Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure on-time and quality delivery.
  • Support the Advisory and Delivery teams in managing and developing project documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.

Content Development:

  • Develop and prepare high-quality project deliverables, including reports, presentations, and analyses tailored to client needs.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support the creation of data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and clarity in project outputs

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Actively engage with external clients to gather information, present findings, and provide project updates.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
  • Prioritize and resolve stakeholder's issues promptly and professionally.

Industry Insights and Travel:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, standards, and best practices in aviation.
  • Be prepared for regular international travel to support project delivery on-site at our global locations. 
Qualifications

Experience

  • One to three years’ of professional experience preferably in aviation, consulting, or project management roles.
  • Knowledge in one of the following areas; human capital development, airport operations, global business environments or programme management is highly desirable.

Skills and Attributes

  • Solid project management skills, including planning, organizing, and managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create professional-grade reports and presentations.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and other project management software.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage workload in a dynamic and demanding working environment.
  • Proactive, flexible, and adaptive to changing priorities.
  • Ability to work constructively in a team and successfully contribute to group objectives.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to quality
  • Comfortable working independently – taking ownership.
  • A team player, with a positive and resilient attitude coupled with high personal motivation and energy.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, dynamic consulting environment.
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally, at times on short notice.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., aviation management, business, economics, or engineering).
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
