Project Management Support:
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of advisory projects for daa International’s global clients.
- Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure on-time and quality delivery.
- Support the Advisory and Delivery teams in managing and developing project documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
Content Development:
- Develop and prepare high-quality project deliverables, including reports, presentations, and analyses tailored to client needs.
- Conduct research and analysis to support the creation of data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and clarity in project outputs
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Actively engage with external clients to gather information, present findings, and provide project updates.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
- Prioritize and resolve stakeholder's issues promptly and professionally.
Industry Insights and Travel:
- Stay updated on industry trends, standards, and best practices in aviation.
- Be prepared for regular international travel to support project delivery on-site at our global locations.
Experience
- One to three years’ of professional experience preferably in aviation, consulting, or project management roles.
- Knowledge in one of the following areas; human capital development, airport operations, global business environments or programme management is highly desirable.

- Solid project management skills, including planning, organizing, and managing multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create professional-grade reports and presentations.

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., aviation management, business, economics, or engineering).
