THE ROLE

We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer (Production-Focused) with 2–3+ years of experience who enjoys executing, refining, and producing high-quality visual assets across a wide range of digital and print deliverables. This role is ideal for someone who is highly detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You will join an organized, creative, and marketing-savvy design team to support execution and production of established visual concepts, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and efficiency across all materials. This position offers hands-on exposure to a wide variety of projects while allowing you to continue strengthening your production, layout, and technical design skills.

This role will focus primarily on digital and production-oriented design work, including website graphics, infographics, marketing assets, and ongoing updates to existing materials, with some print support as needed. We’re in a transformative year for the brand, creating meaningful opportunities to contribute to how we execute and scale our visual presence across platforms.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Support the marketing and design team by executing visual assets based on established creative direction and brand guidelines
  • Create and update a variety of deliverables including website graphics, infographics, social media assets, email marketing graphics, presentations, sales collateral, and event materials
  • Support production design tasks such as resizing, formatting, versioning, updating existing assets, and preparing files for digital and print use
  • Assist with layout-heavy projects requiring strong attention to spacing, typography, and visual hierarchy
  • Collaborate closely with designers, marketers, and cross-functional partners across multiple offices
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining accuracy and consistency
  • Apply feedback efficiently and implement revisions with care and precision
  • Help ensure visual consistency and quality across all deliverables
  • Stay current on design tools, workflows, and production best practices

WHAT IT TAKES

This role requires a strong eye for detail, comfort with execution-focused work, and a collaborative mindset. We are a growing organization that values reliability, adaptability, and a willingness to support the broader team.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Comfort working in an execution- and production-heavy role
  • Ability to follow established guidelines and creative direction
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to take feedback and make updates efficiently
  • A positive, proactive attitude with a desire to learn and grow

WHAT YOUR RESUME SHOWS

While we value attitude and potential, successful candidates will likely bring:

  • 2–3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, Production Graphic Designer, or in a related role
  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience producing digital assets such as website graphics, infographics, social media content, email campaigns, and presentations
  • Hands-on experience with production design and file preparation (formats, resolution, exporting, and version control)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and PowerPoint
  • Strong foundational knowledge of typography, layout, color, and composition
  • Experience supporting simple animations, GIFs, or light motion content is a plus
  • Familiarity with Figma and AI-assisted design tools is a plus
  • A portfolio that demonstrates clean execution, consistency, and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach
