POSITION OVERVIEW

The Data Analyst role is a Junior/ Graduate level role. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Perform data validation and quality assurance to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data
  • Assist with the design and implementation of a Data Quality & Integrity framework 
  • Design, develop, and maintain SQL queries and reports to support business operations and decision-making.  
  • Gather and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business performance.  
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and deliver accurate, timely, and relevant reports.  
  • Create and maintain dashboards and data visualizations  
  • Assist with the development and documentation of data standards, processes, and procedures to improve data management and reporting efficiency. 
  • Conduct ad-hoc data analysis and reporting to support special projects and initiatives.  
  • Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.  

Qualifications 

  • Third level degree in quantitative discipline such as Mathematics, Finance,  Computer Science 
  • Experience with coding 
  • Knowledge of relational databases and SQL 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large, complex datasets.  
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting.  
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present data findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.  
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

  • Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, depth perceptions, and the ability to adjust focus.
