Description

We are seeking a Junior Buyer/Planner to join our IRE operations team. The role focuses on inventory planning, order management, and coordination with suppliers and customers to ensure smooth supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan inventory levels by analyzing consumption data and collecting input from stakeholders.
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage supplier and logistics processes.
  • Communicate daily with customers and suppliers to resolve operational issues.
  • Align forecasts and inventory levels with customer and supplier expectations.
  • Analyze consumption trends and update inventory levels in the customer’s BOM.
  • Ensure on-time delivery and adhere to return SLAs.
  • Coordinate returns and manage associated processes.
  • Review HRZB items, take action, and escalate issues when needed.
  • Schedule and lead BOM review meetings.
  • Place purchase orders and/or manage system-generated orders to meet inventory needs.
  • Handle goods receipt (GR) and resolve discrepancies.
  • Resolve any issues from PO placement through to delivery or warehouse handling.



Requirements

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Team player with excellent customer service skills.
  • Experience in inventory planning or supply chain operations.
  • Familiarity with KPI-driven work environments.

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Further education or certifications in supply chain or related fields are a plus.
