A vacancy has arisen within Finance Shared Services, for an Fixed Term (12 months) ITC Associate, reporting to our Finance & Business Support Manager. 

This role is based at our European Divisional Support Centre in Irvine, Scotland and is available for Hybrid Working.

The ITC Associate is responsible for providing support to the Process Leader Invoice to Costing, ensuring service level agreements are met, ensuring all sales invoice processing is carried out efficiently and effectively, and responsible for ensuring continuous improvement methodology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficient and accurate processing of high volume sales invoices

• Match invoices to shipping details and resolve queries

• Assist the team on specific additional tasks as required

• Support the Expenses team with expense processing

Knowledge Required:

• Previous experience in processing high volume sales invoices preferred, however full training will be provided.

• Ability to resolve queries and escalate where appropriate

• A good understanding of service delivery/customer needs

• Team player who shows initiative

• Self-starter with the ability to prioritise workload in order to meet strict deadlines and targets.

• Knowledge of SAP and Concur preferred

• Italian language skills beneficial but not essential
