  • Project Leadership: Drive active project management and coordinate resources for key initiatives, taking charge of major system upgrades, impact analyses, and roadmap planning.

  • Innovation & Best Practices: Act as an ambassador for IT standards, championing new solutions, policies, and innovative initiatives (including the use of AI) to promote best practices across the organization.

  • Solution Architecture: Lead end-to-end solution design, implementation, and product lifecycle management, identifying opportunities to scale IT solutions across different business units and geographic regions.

  • Security & Compliance Oversight: Serve as the guardian of our Workday security frameworks, ensuring role-based security, compliance standards, and business processes are rigorously maintained.

Your Workday Expertise:

  • Core Architecture: Deep knowledge of HCM Core setup, business processes, and mass operations.

  • Advanced Modules: Proficiency in Absence & Time Off, Time Tracking, Talent Management, and Performance modules.

  • Data & Integration: Strong capability in Reporting & Analytics, as well as Integrations via EIB (inbound mass data updates).

  • Security & Compliance: Critical oversight of Workday security frameworks, ensuring robust compliance and data protection.

What You'll Bring:

  • Experience: 6+ years of progressive IT/HRIS experience with deep business knowledge at the Workday domain level.

  • Education: Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Certifications: Workday configuration certifications are highly desirable.

  • Methodologies: Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum project management environments.

  • Core Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, coupled with stellar project management and process development abilities.

  • Relationship Management: A proven track record of building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across HR and business functions.
