Tasks:

The successful candidate responsibilities will include:

  • Respond to helpdesk tickets;
  • Providing support on operation issues on Azure cloud;
  • Work on daily ad hoc requests and other tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.
Requirements

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • Can accept night shift work (standby);
  • Good English oral and writing skills;
  • Good communication and coordination skill;
  • Good Team-work experience;
  • Understanding of Azure cloud and Azure Services;
  • Familiar with the process of onsite support, IT technology platform and environment;
  • Familiar with SQL.
