Responsibilities :

Job Summary:

Responsible for analysis and evaluation of user business problems and development of system recommendations to meet requirements. Assignments typically include problem definition, evaluation of requirements, and implementation of systems to meet business and user requirements.
 
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Drive system and application enhancements for business improvements.

  • Delivery of projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Understand business requirements.
    • Obtain understanding of business system functionalities to support business requirements and continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Propose and review solution design with business for sign-off.
    • Perform knowledge transfer to IT AMS.
    • Provide training to business key-users/super-users.
  • Configuration of system solution.
    • Create functional specifications.
    • Maintain configuration/solution documentation.
    • Development and execution of test plans for unit, functional and regression testing.
    • Level 3 production support of critical incidents, when required.

Competencies, Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:

  • Knowledge and proficiency in MS Dynamics 365, Partner and Customer Portal, MPS
  • Appropriate level of Global Services processes and business knowledge to effectively understand and support processes.
  • Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audience.
  • Good analytical (root cause analysis) and problem-solving skills.
  • Personal Credibility.
    • Able to work in a cross-functional team with diverse background.
    • Ability to effectively multi-task and prioritize items in order to complete tasks efficiently and within expected timelines.
    • Good project management skills.
    • Effective training and work session facilitation capabilities.
    • Effective English language skills, verbal and written communications.
    • Uses appropriate confidentiality. Able to disseminate information appropriately.

Qualifications:
 
Must be a college graduate, preferably IT, Business Administration or related areas.
 Should have at least 3 years' experience in systems support role.
