ROLE OVERWIEW:

We are seeking an experienced IT Consultant specializing in Project and Program Management to support the design, optimization, and governance of project management processes within our banking environment. This role involves providing strategic guidance, conducting organizational maturity assessments, and recommending best practices for managing complex IT initiatives in a regulated setting.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Advise on the design and improvement of IT project and program management processes within the Bank.
  2. Consult on building and optimizing governance models, including decision-making structures, roles, and responsibilities.
  3. Provide guidance on selecting methodologies, tools, and standards for project management in a regulated environment.
  4. Participate in organizational maturity assessments in project management and recommend development actions.
  5. Support the definition and monitoring of portfolio performance indicators (e.g., KPIs, SLAs, strategic metrics).
Requirements
  • Proven experience in consulting on IT project and program management at an organizational level.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and standards (e.g., PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile, MSP, P3O).
  • Ability to analyze and optimize PMO processes and portfolio management practices.
  • Skilled in facilitating stakeholder workshops and supporting project management transformation initiatives.
  • Familiarity with project and program management tools (e.g., Planview, Clarity, Jira, MS Project).
  • Fluency in English and Polish.
