About the role – Ireland Office Commercial Coordinator
Reporting to the Ireland Commercial Lead, this role is responsible for office management and supporting commercial operations.
Role Responsibilities
Coordinate sales ops
Manage offsite meetings
Lead cadence of internal and external meetings
Diary and expense support for Ireland Commercial Lead
Execute Inclusion and Wellbeing events
Manage Ireland fleet
PO Super user, and T&E reporting
Lead small projects
Manage multiple priorities to achieve agreed timelines
Why you?
Basic Qualifications:
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Confident communicator with the ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders
Comfortable using IT systems and willing to learn new tools (e.g. Concur, Ariba, Fiori)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in an office support, coordinator, or administrative role
Experience working in a shared office environment
Familiarity with procurement, expense, or finance systems
