Job Description:
The Invoice to Pay - VIM OpenText GPO & Ops SME role is responsible for driving the implementation VIM OpenText globally with the goal of realizing efficiencies, higher accuracy and enhanced controls. In this capacity, the VIM OpenText GPO & Ops SME will lead fit-gap discussion and define gap solutions.
This role will represent the Global Process Owner and the Operations Leader on the global implementation of VIM OpenText and will act as a subject matter expert and will ensure that all key stakeholders & decision makers across Procurement, Finance, and Segments, as well as across upstream functions like Requisition to Receipt are appropriately engaged.
Contract: Fixed tern contract for approx. 2 years allocated for the project.

5+ years of Invoice to Pay and process optimization experience

Experience in a shared services environment

Ability to collaborate cross-functionally

Ability to work with regional counterparts and global process leader to ensure process standardization across Mars

Demonstrated project management acumen

Ability to identify, solution and deploy transformation projects

Understanding of regional level nuances

Good exposure to Source to Pay technologies like Ariba

Proficiency in English language

Undergraduate degree in any discipline (preferably in Finance, logistics, supply chain)

Lean six sigma certification will be preferred
What will be your key responsibilities?

Support the global I2P strategy by driving the deployment of OpenText VIM globally, lead fit-gap discussions to Identify any local/regional requirements, define solutions to gaps and align with GPO and Ops Leader

Influence regional leaders (e.g., CFOs, Procurement Leaders) to drive adoption and compliance to the change across Mars

Support the GPO/RPOs in maintaining/updating the process and control standards (PACS) documentation for I2P; define and maintain control standards in region

Collaborate and provide inputs, and participate in related initiatives as it relates to the OpenText VIM roll-out globally

Partner closely with Comms team to ensure stakeholders are kept informed on progress and upcoming changes related to the OpenText VIM Implementation
