We are seeking an experienced International Revenue Accounting Manager to join our growing Finance team in Dublin, Ireland. This dynamic hybrid role blends revenue operations, technical accounting, and order management responsibilities, positioning you at the forefront of our international expansion. This role will report to our Head of International Accounting with a dotted line to the Head of Revenue Accounting.
Responsibilities:- Architect and implement Ireland's revenue accounting operations from inception, including process design and team development
- Provision customer access for executed EMEA contracts efficiently and accurately, ensuring billing aligns precisely with contract terms
- Serve as Technical Accounting subject matter expert, partnering with Legal, GTM Finance, and Sales teams to provide authoritative revenue accounting guidance across the entire deal lifecycle—from structuring to execution
- Review revenue contracts and prepare comprehensive documentation, including checklists, month-end journal entries, and technical accounting memos to ensure full compliance with ASC 606 standards
- Orchestrate all revenue-related month-end close activities and conduct detailed flux analysis for Ireland operations
- Cultivate strategic partnerships with cross-functional stakeholders, driving seamless collaboration and delivering optimal business outcomes
- Coordinate closely with US teams to ensure global alignment and consistency of revenue accounting processes
- Maintain the highest compliance standards, ensuring adherence to key controls and audit requirements while liaising effectively with external auditors
- 10+ years of progressive accounting experience with substantial focus on revenue recognition
- 3+ years of proven team management and leadership experience
- Expert-level knowledge of ASC 606, FRS 102, and IFRS 15 with demonstrated experience in deal structuring and contract review
- Hands-on proficiency with revenue recognition tools (NetSuite ARM, Oracle, Workday Financial Management, Zuora RevPro)
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Strong project management capabilities with a proven track record of delivering results
- Thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments while maintaining high-quality output
- Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous process improvement
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- ACA, ACCA, or CPA qualification
- Experience in deal desk or similar pre-execution advisory roles, contributing to deal optimization
- Comprehensive background with both consumption-based and subscription-based revenue models
- Expertise in both B2B and B2C revenue streams and accounting operations across diverse business models
The expected salary range for this position is:
Education requirements: We require at least a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
