Job Summary

We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented International Marketing Programs Specialist to join our growing global marketing team. Reporting to the Marketing Manager for EMEA & APAC, you’ll play a pivotal role in building and executing regional campaigns that drive brand awareness, generate pipeline, and fuel international growth. You’ll work cross-functionally with regional GTM teams, along with the wider marketing org across demand gen, content, and customer marketing teams to deliver impactful programs tailored to regional-specific audiences. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and wants to make a tangible impact on global expansion at Tines.

What you will be doing:

  • Plan, build, and execute integrated regional marketing programs across EMEA and APAC, including webinars, digital campaigns, partner co-marketing, field events, and content syndication.
  • Work in close alignment with Sales, Global Demand Generation, and Partnerships to support regional pipeline growth and brand development.
  • Localise global campaigns and messaging to align with regional nuances, buyer personas, and market maturity levels.
  • Research and evaluate regional opportunities such as third-party events, sponsorships, media partnerships, and activations that support business objectives.
  • Partner with content and product marketing teams to ensure campaign messaging and assets are relevant, compelling, and regionally appropriate.
  • Build and execute audience-focused field and digital events, including third-party sponsorships, executive roundtables, roadshows, and workshops.
  • Collaborate with external vendors, venues, and agency partners to manage event logistics, contracts, timelines, and budgets.
  • Maintain and elevate the regional marketing campaign calendar, track budget usage, and report on performance metrics such as MQLs, influenced pipeline, and ROI.
  • Partner with sales development to ensure effective lead handoff, follow-up, and reporting from marketing programs.
  • Support large-scale global events and brand campaigns with localized execution and logistics.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, streamline execution, and elevate the regional marketing playbook.
  • Stay current with trends in global and regional B2B marketing, including emerging technologies and evolving buyer behaviours.

What you bring with you:

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within the SaaS or tech industry, with a focus on regional or international marketing programs within EMEA.
  • Understanding of EMEA and how to tailor marketing efforts across different regions and cultures.
  • Demonstrated success in executing integrated marketing programs and events that drive awareness, demand, and pipeline.
  • Experience collaborating closely with sales, partnerships, and cross-functional marketing teams to align goals and drive execution.
  • Proven ability to localise global campaigns for different geographies, ensuring cultural relevance and resonance with target audiences.
  • Familiarity of working with channel and tech alliance partners on co-marketing campaigns and events.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure marketing impact, optimise performance, and communicate results to stakeholders.
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and organisational skills — you can juggle multiple initiatives across time zones with ease.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a sharp eye for detail and tone.
  • A proactive, self-starter attitude — you take initiative, solve problems, and get things done independently.
  • Creative and adaptable — you can pivot quickly and bring new ideas to the table.
  • Passion for global marketing and curiosity about how technology shapes customer behaviour across regions.
  • Willingness to travel across regions for event support, as needed (up to 25%).

Target Annual Compensation: €55,000 - €75,000
