Job DescriptionWe are seeking a hands‑on internal communications partner to drive cultural change and strengthen information flow as the Food organization continues its turnaround and growth plan.
Following major progress in 2023—including improved employee engagement—we now want to elevate our internal communication approach to better support key strategic initiatives:
- Safety: Build positive engagement and support the safety system rollout
- ERP Implementation: Communicate a major transformation in ways of working
- Operational Support (EMEA): Support Global Solutions (Innovation & Production) and the EMEA region
Tandem Collaboration
This role will work closely with our internal communications partner in New Zealand, complementing their expertise to ensure seamless, consistent, and aligned communication across regions.
Scope of Work
- Develop clear and structured communication plans
- Provide SharePoint support, including building intuitive wireframes
- Manage intranet content (SharePoint/Yammer/Teams)
- Support culture, engagement, and change campaigns
- Deliver analytics and reporting on communication effectiveness
- Review user‑generated content for quality, visual impact, and consistency
- Operate as a two‑person global team, jointly planning and executing communications while offering regional support in EMEA
- Proven experience driving internal communications for transformation initiatives, such as safety culture, engagement and operational change.
- Technically proficient in Microsoft 365 ecosystem: SharePoint, Teams, Viva Engage.
- Strong stakeholder management, working collaboratively with P&O and leadership.
- Strong partnership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work as a true tandem with the New Zealand lead.
- Microsoft suite – especially visualization / design in PowerPoint – Sharp and impactful
- Familiarity with design principles and tools (such as Adobe applications) is an advantage, but not a requirement.
