We’re looking for an enthusiastic and people-focused professional to help bring our workplace culture to life. In this role, you’ll support the delivery of people-centric initiatives that shape our employee experience and drive our Life@ESW programme.
You’ll play a key part in delivering engaging internal communications, enhancing the overall employee journey, and supporting the coordination of skill-focused development events. This is a hands-on role with plenty of scope for creativity, collaboration, and fresh ideas.
This is a 12 month fixed term contract. It's also a hybrid role and will be based from our new office in Dublin 1.
Responsibilities- Employee Engagement & Experience: Support the planning and execution of programs that drive an engaged workforce including townhalls, DIB & wellness initiatives and community support events which deliver on our Life@ESW programme.
- Culture & Change Management: Assist in rolling out cultural transformation efforts by acting as a "culture ambassador" and supporting change-related projects that align teams with our core values.
- Learning & Upskilling Events: Coordinate and facilitate internal learning sessions, "Skill Swaps," and career development workshops. Support learning pathways by designing development plans and aligning learning events. You will manage the logistics of learning events including scheduling, venue setup, and vendor coordination.
- Focused Internal Communications: Manage our internal communications platform, ESW Connect and create clear, engaging content to drive an inclusive community at ESW.
- Data & Insights: Coordinate employee pulse surveys and help analyse results to identify trends in engagement, and action plans to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 3+ years in a HR or people-focused role, with experience supporting employee engagement initiatives, learning programs, events, or internal communications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- Ability to write in a conversational, non-corporate tone that translates complex HR topics into engaging, bite-sized content for diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in managing event logistics and coordinating multiple projects under tight deadlines with senior leaders and external stakeholders
- Experience with HRIS (ideally Workday), LMS platforms, and digital communication tools.
- High emotional intelligence, active listening, and a genuine passion for fostering an engaging and continuous learning culture.
