Intern Seller Managementhybrid work model, full time, 11 months, student status required
The EU ECM Seller Management Intern will provide support for eBay’s diverse and broad base of business and consumer sellers in 7 European markets (Spain, Poland, Netherlands, Austria, Belgium, Ireland, Switzerland). The objective of this role is to support the growth of these sellers’ businesses on eBay, by unlocking both their domestic and export sales on eBay.
This role requires a hands-on project management approach to support a large base of sellers, maximising data and marketing tools to offer eBay’s knowledge and support at scale.
Projects could be externally facing to business or consumer sellers, or internally, within the eBay business units.
Capability to analyse and to read data by extracting insightful information will be a plus.

What you will achieve:
- Prioritize customer-first approach and critically analyze support from the seller's perspective, offering concrete improvement recommendations.
- Implement innovative marketing solutions to support European businesses at scale across various markets.
- Build comprehensive reports to enable data-driven decision-making within the team.
- Apply project management principles to break down, plan, and prioritize work, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills to manage multiple projects from start to finish.
- Develop and track project plans, identifying key business requirements and leading projects across diverse functions, locations, and time zones.
What you will bring:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in economics, with basic knowledge of economics principles and marketing.
- Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English; Spanish as a second European language is a plus.
- Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and GSuite, demonstrating strong attention to detail and proactivity.
- Customer-focused experience is essential, with good interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a willingness to learn and hands-on project experience being desirable.
- Great teammate who works well with others, maintaining a strong customer service orientation.
