Behind the visualizer sits a second product line: QFloors, the business management platform that flooring dealers run their companies on, from leads and quotes through invoicing, purchasing, accounting, and payroll. Today it is a Windows desktop application delivered through the cloud, and we are moving it, domain by domain, onto a modern web ERP that is part of the Roomvo Pro platform. Dealers, suppliers, and manufacturers meet on that platform, and that is where our next stage of growth comes from.
About the Role
You will build features that move dealers off the desktop application to the modern web ERP. You will work across the backend and the frontend of the modern web ERP, from the database to the screen, inside designs set with senior engineers. When legacy behaviour is unclear, you will read the legacy desktop code to find out what it really does.
About you
You have a passion for solving complex problems and working on products that businesses run on every day. You enjoy setting the bar high and clearing it.
You have shipped real features to real users, and you can take a well-defined piece of work from a ticket to production with little hand-holding. You ask for help early when something is ambiguous, and you call out trade-offs nobody mentioned. You want to grow into owning bigger pieces of the system, and you learn fast from the people around you.
We hire humans, not job descriptions. You should apply even if this role and salary range don't align with your experience. We’re happy to create unique roles and compensation for the right talent.

- ERP frontend: Next.js, TypeScript, React
- QFloors Desktop: C++ on Windows, PostgreSQL, Azure
What You'll Do:
- Build features end-to-end across the ERP service and the web ERP: Django models and APIs, and the Next.js screens that use them.
- Break well-defined work down into steps, deliver it, and raise the trade-offs you see along the way.
- Write correct models and database migrations that respect tenant isolation and row-level security.
- Read the desktop codebase to understand legacy behaviour before rebuilding it.
- Ship with tests, watch your releases in production, and fix what breaks.
- Give solid code reviews in your area, and learn from the reviews you get.
- Keep your lead and your team informed with clear status, and flag risks early.
- Learn from senior engineers, and help the more junior ones.
We’re looking for someone with:
