Our customer is looking for a proficient Interim Head of Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) to provide cover for the current Head of CLM. This is a leadership position focused on maintaining seamless operations within the Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) function. You will lead a high-performing team, ensuring the continued execution of data-driven engagement strategies and cross-functional collaboration across Marketing, Loyalty, Data, Analytics, and Tech teams.

The role requires a hands-on approach to CRM execution, campaign management, and performance tracking. While the long-term strategic direction is already established, your focus will be on driving operational excellence, optimising campaign delivery, and ensuring business continuity.

Key responsibilities & duties include:

  • Lead the CLM team, ensuring proficient delivery of customer involvement initiatives
  • Oversee customer lifecycle campaigns, leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Ensure data-driven insights guide campaign performance and optimisation
  • Act as the primary CLM contact for internal stakeholders and compliance teams
  • Manage CRM and CXTech tools, ensuring automation and personalisation are maximised
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Loyalty, Analytics, and Tech teams to align strategies
  • Track campaign performance metrics and recommend improvements

Required skills:

  • Extensive experience in CRM, customer lifecycle management, or retention marketing
  • Robust management skills with a track record in operational management
  • Expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and customer data platforms
  • Proficient in solving problems, working with stakeholders, and using data to make decisions
  • Experience with GDPR compliance and data privacy regulations
  • Proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and business impact
