The Integration Engineer will design and implement integration solutions, collaborate with teams, and ensure high performance of systems while documenting processes.

iKnowHow utilizes state-of-the-art technologies and handles end-to-end internal and external project development, from conception to completion. The second pillar of the group is our Robotics & Innovation division, which focuses on the design and production of customized robots.
We are looking for a Integration Engineer with strong technical skills and solid working experience to work in new challenging projects.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement integration solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Understand the full lifecycle of integration projects, from initial assessment and planning through to deployment and ongoing maintenance.
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of integration solutions by monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing systems.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in middleware and API management technologies and apply this knowledge to continuously improve our integration landscape.
- Document technical designs, configurations, and processes to facilitate knowledge sharing and support.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in middleware integration, with a focus on IBM solutions.
- Proven expertise in designing, implementing, and managing ESBs and API management platforms.
- Good understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and event-driven architectures.
- Experience with software development life-cycle and delivery process and source control management (Jira, Git, etc.)
- Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker) and orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes).
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to lead complex technical initiatives.
- Communication and collaboration skills, enabling effective interaction with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with IBM middleware and integration technologies (e.g., IBM Certified Application Developer – IBM API Connect, IBM Certified Integration Developer – IBM App Connect Enterprise) will be a plus.
