You have a competed IT or commercial education (A-Level; FH, TU - or similar) or gained comparable skills as a self-learner.
You are keen with IT, agile environment.
For Software Engineering roles: You have knowledge in software development with focus on at least one object-oriented language (Java and/or C#, Typescript, Python) - that’s a must. Experience with Web-development would be a benefit; affinity with Kubernetes, Web UI Engineering, Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment, etc. – that’s a nice to have.
You are continuously improving your skills; work independently, keen to network and know when it's time to fall back on it.
You are eager to learn and have the potential to take on responsibility and support / coach others.
