Accenture’s Infrastructure Engineering professionals partner with our clients to advise, create, and deploy end-to-end infrastructure transformation solutions, enabling business innovation.  These solutions are the backbone of driving IT-enabled differentiation.  IE professionals are grounded in New-IT with an expertise in one or more of our core practice areas: Workplace and Collaboration, Network Technology, Service Management, Hybrid Cloud, Public Cloud, and traditional Data Centre.

As a leader in our Infrastructure Engineering team, you will have the opportunity to:

• Lead the imagining, shaping, designing, developing, and implementing of cutting-edge infrastructure applications and services tailored to address unique business challenges across several industries
• Define and deliver ambitious Infrastructure /Cloud / End User Services goals for clients, teams and yourself and achieve them
• Display your leadership skills by guiding and collaborating with diverse teams, enhancing team performance, and building culture through mentorship, skills development, and career growth initiatives
• Ensure enablement, quality, and effectiveness, managing to reduce costs of offerings, assets, processes, technologies, licenses, facilities and subcontractors
• Support the identification of gaps, confirm plans, report on delivery performance, communicate operational issues and identify ways to continuously improve
• Participate in strategic discussions with clients, collaborating to establish future-proof solutions that facilitate opportunities for transformation and innovation
• Seek out new ways of working that prioritise customer success while driving continuous improvement across infrastructure delivery projects
• Bring innovation, new technology skills and industry knowledge together to help clients innovate at scale and transform

We are looking for experience in the following:

• Demonstrated leadership experience in infrastructure strategy, advisory and service delivery roles across all solution domains, including service level agreements, contract scope management, demand management & forecasting, and cost and profitability of service delivery
• Previous accountability for infrastructure service delivery operations including infrastructure service management activities, delivery commitments and driving day-to-day operations, providing leadership, coaching and direction to delivery teams
• Passion about technology and people, experienced in fostering collaborative and empowered high performing infrastructure engineering teams
• The ability to effectively communicate emerging trends in the Infrastructure Engineering domain and their impact on related applications, data, and artificial intelligence
• Strong executive presence who can influence and engage stakeholders and teams effectively
