Four Seasons recently announced expansion in the United Arab Emirates with a luxury resort in Al Zorah, Ajman, UAE. This is a unique opportunity for you to support the conversion, white label operations during renovation, and opening of this highly anticipated resort in the UAE as a Four Seasons.
Following a period of white label operation, Four Seasons Resort Ajman at Al Zorah will open its doors following enhancements to the existing property’s amenities, accommodations, and wellness facilities. Featuring 23 villas and 74 guest rooms and suites - each with private terraces and breathtaking views of the Arabian Gulf - the resort, conveniently located just a 35-minute drive from the Dubai International airport, will offer a seamless blend of urban accessibility and natural tranquility.
The Resort will offer a state-of-the-art fitness centre, luxurious spa facilities, a private beach, and a remarkable outdoor oasis. Highlights include private cabanas, a 280-foot (85-metre) infinity pool, an adults-only pool overlooking the sea, and a dedicated children’s pool for families to enjoy together. Our Ideal Candidate Will Have
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to be responsible for conducting thorough daily audits to monitor and record all income and financial postings. This role ensures accurate classification of revenue and related transactions, while enabling the prompt detection and resolution of discrepancies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily audits of revenue from all outlets (Rooms, F&B, Banquets, etc.) ensuring compliance with internal controls.
- Reconcile income with PMS ledgers and resolve discrepancies.
- Verify credit card settlements and perform daily/monthly reconciliations.
- Monitor house accounts, entertainment expenses, and hotel credits for proper authorization.
- Collaborate with operational departments to ensure timely and accurate paperwork submission.
- Assist with guest billing inquiries and support internal reporting needs.
- Assist in other areas of the accounting office as needed.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 1-2 years’ previous experience in the related position or another accounting function such as A/P or A/R, or operating department hotel experience with a strong accounting background
- College education or equivalent experience
- Requires a working technical knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles
- Requires to be able to read, write and speak in English
