About the roleEdgeTier is currently looking for an Implementations Specialist to join our team on a full time basis. If you have a technical background but you've realized that you'd prefer working more directly with people in a commercial capacity, this could be the perfect role for you.
This role will be based out of our Dublin office on a full time basis.
What you'll be doing:As our new Implementations Specialist, you will be the trusted advisor to our prospects and customers as you demonstrate the power of our technology, guide customers through the configuration of the system, and advise on how our advanced AI functionality can help our customers achieve their goals. Your work will see you focus on technical solutions while understanding how these solutions relate to the desired business outcomes of the customer.
While no two days in a start up are ever the same, some of your more typical responsibilities will include:
Collaborate with potential customers on the best ways to solve their issues using EdgeTier's advanced technology. Establishing what the success criteria look like and project manage internal teams to achieve established success criteria.
Work with customer IT teams to scope out requirements and architecture. This will include reading API documentation, performing test calls, configuring endpoints, and working alongside both internal engineers and customer IT teams to ensure seamless integrations.
Ensure our customers get the most out of our technology from initial engagement right through to post go-live.
Partner with the sales team to formulate and execute a sales strategy.
Gain comprehensive knowledge of EdgeTier's technology and be able to demonstrate how it solves individual customer pain points.
Build strong relationships with both potential EdgeTier customers as well as internal product and engineering teams.
A computer science or software engineering degree or a similarly technical background.
At least 1 to 2 years of experience working with customers and advising on technical solutions.
Solid understanding of APIs (REST, JSON, webhooks, etc) and be comfortable using them to integrate our platform with client systems.
Experience with data visualisation tools and methodologies to translate data into clear, customer-friendly dashboards or reports.
Previous experience in software development/engineering.
Experience in SaaS technology and/or AI.
Excellent rapport-building skills backed up by excellent written and presentation skills.
