Iron Mountain is seeking an experienced Imaging Operations Manager to join our Digital Imaging & Document Processing team.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence and efficiency across our Dublin Aerodrome facility, ensuring the team meets critical service delivery KPIs, and maintaining strict compliance with quality and security standards.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

In this role, you will:

  • Lead and manage all day-to-day operations of the Digital Imaging Center, setting daily priorities, monitoring progress, and providing strategic direction to a large team to ensure high-quality service delivery.

  • Collaborate with clients, senior management, and cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, HR) to develop, execute, and monitor service delivery plans that maximize resource utilization and achieve key business outcomes.

  • Ensure compliance with all organizational policies, local labor laws, and regulatory requirements (e.g., security, confidentiality), enforcing strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality assurance processes.

What You'll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in managing large-scale operations (e.g., Contact Centre, Logistics, Manufacturing, or Records Management) within a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

  • Strong knowledge of operational management principles, including process optimization, lean methodologies, and financial data collation for budgeting and forecasting.

  • Proven ability in people leadership (managing a large team of 100+ individuals), problem-solving variable business issues, and developing a high-performing, motivating team culture.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field, or a relevant industry certification (e.g., PMP).
