Implement and integrate ~50 enterprise applications into a centralized IAM/IGA platform. Develop and configure connectors, provisioning/de-provisioning workflows, integrate Entra ID tenants and HR identity sources (e.g., SuccessFactors), support testing, UAT, platform configuration, troubleshooting, and access governance activities to ensure production readiness during a large-scale IAM transformation.
Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced IAM Integration Engineer to support the implementation and integration of enterprise applications into a centralized IAM/IGA platform.
The engineer will be responsible for onboarding critical applications, configuring connectors and provisioning workflows, integrating Entra ID tenants and HR identity sources, and supporting testing and platform configuration activities. This is a hands-on technical role within a large-scale enterprise IAM transformation program.
Responsibilities:
- Integrate approximately 50 critical enterprise applications into the central IAM platform
- Configure and develop IAM connectors and integrations
- Implement provisioning and de-provisioning workflows
- Support integration with five Microsoft Entra ID tenants
- Integrate HR-driven identity lifecycle processes, including SuccessFactors
- Configure identity lifecycle automation (Joiner / Mover / Leaver processes)
- Support IAM platform configuration, testing, and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, application, and HR teams
- Participate in access governance and role assignment implementation
- Support system validation, UAT, and production readiness activities
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with enterprise IAM/IGA platforms such as:
○ SailPoint
○ Saviynt
○ One Identity
○ or similar - Experience with:
○ Connector development/configuration
○ Provisioning and de-provisioning
○ Workflow configuration
○ Application onboarding - Strong knowledge of:
○ Microsoft Entra ID
○ Active Directory
○ Identity lifecycle management - Experience integrating HR-driven identity feeds (SuccessFactors is a strong plus)
- Experience with APIs and scripting:
○ PowerShell
○ REST APIs
○ JSON/XML - Understanding of identity governance and access management concepts
- Experience working in enterprise or large-scale IAM transformation environments
Nice to Have:
- Experience with SCIM integrations
- Experience with cloud IAM environments
- Knowledge of RBAC and access governance concepts
- Experience in regulated enterprise environments (insurance, banking, telecom, etc.)
- Experience with testing and IAM rollout activities
