Your Responsibilities 

  • Provide HR support across all our global locations however be a main support for our French based employees.    

  • Support with building strong relations with our French CSE  

  • Provide efficient, high quality and accurate responses to all queries and request from employees, managers, HR functions as well as other functions 

  • Create a positive customer support experience through problem understanding, communicating promptly on progress and engaging customers with a professional service attitude 

  • Take ownership for queries, be responsible for case opening and closure in line with our SLAs 

  • Ensure all data changes are implemented with accuracy  

  • Coordinate closely with Payroll partners to ensure employees’ data impacting payroll are efficiently and accurately captured and maintained in payroll system within established deadlines 

  • Support the implementation of smooth and scalable processes—from onboarding to offboarding for our employees and executives 

  • Be responsible for the management of our employee files to ensure compliance and data security     

  • You will be responsible for the administration, continuous maintenance and improvement of all HR systems ensuring compliance and data integrity 

  • You will provide administrative support in relation to benefit management  

  • You will contribute to the development of guidelines, policies, workflows, and processes   

  • You will identify and contribute to the opportunity to drive efficiency within our HR processes  

  • You will contribute to project to continually improve our employee experience and how we support the business as well as drive greater Employee self-service options  

  • You work closely with internal teams (HRBP, Talent Acquisition, C&B etc.) and external partners (Employers of Record, relocation agencies, etc.) to support our People Strategy 

  • You should support the continued evolution of the Operations team  

Your Profile 

  • You have 2+ years of work experience in HR Operations/Generalist role 

  • You speak French and English fluently and have previous experience with and understanding of French labour laws and requirements   

  • Ideally but not required previous experience in building role relationships with the local CSE  

  • Your positive "can-do" and service mentality, combined with a diligent and focused working style, help you thrive in an agile work environment 

  • You enjoy working independently but are equally excited to engage with the team 

  • High level of ownership and desire to provide a superior employee experience   

  • You have experience working in a dynamic multinational environment and supporting employees across multiple locations
