OVERVIEW 

 
Xerox Human Capital Management is driving the future of HR through digital innovation and employee experience transformation. We are seeking an HRIS Analyst to support our global Talent Management function, focusing on performance, development, and succession planning technologies. This role is suited for a professional with strong knowledge of Talent Management processes who thrives on configuring and optimizing HR systems to deliver measurable business impact. 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Support the design, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of Talent Management systems, including performance, learning, career, and succession modules. 

  • Partner with HR leaders to translate talent strategies into practical system solutions. 

  • Execute testing, validation, and deployment of system changes to enable annual and ongoing talent cycles. 

  • Develop reports and dashboards to provide insights into performance, learning, and development activities. 

  • Collaborate with IT, HR, and vendor partners (e.g., Oracle Fusion HCM, Avature, ServiceNow) to troubleshoot and optimize Talent Management processes. 

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Technology, Business, Computer Science or related field. 

  • 3+ years of experience supporting Talent Management or HRIS systems. 

  • Familiarity with enterprise HCM platforms such as Oracle Fusion HCM, Avature, or ServiceNow. 

  • Knowledge of performance management, learning systems, or succession planning processes. 

  • Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. 

  • Ability to work collaboratively across HR and IT to deliver system solutions.
