We are currently seeking an experienced HR Technology Lead with deep expertise in the Workday Recruiting module to join our diverse and dynamic team. In this role, you will lead the strategy, implementation, and optimization of HR technology solutions, with a strong focus on enhancing our talent acquisition capabilities through Workday. Your leadership will be instrumental in aligning HR systems with business needs and driving continuous improvement in HR technology.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Developing and executing an HR technology roadmap aligned with ICON’s business objectives and HR strategy, with a focus on talent acquisition.

  • Leading the implementation, configuration, and ongoing optimization of the Workday Recruiting module, ensuring seamless integration with other Workday modules and HR systems.

  • Partnering with HR, Talent Acquisition, IT, and cross-functional teams to identify and deliver technology solutions that streamline recruiting processes and improve the candidate experience.

  • Providing strategic guidance and hands-on support for Workday Recruiting, including system enhancements, reporting, and user training.

  • Monitoring industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and best practices in HR technology, particularly in recruitment.

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, human resources, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

  • Proven experience leading Workday Recruiting implementations and optimizations, with a strong understanding of its capabilities and configuration.

  • Broad experience in HR technology management, including other Workday modules or platforms such as SAP or Oracle.

  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to align technology initiatives with business goals.

  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with experience managing cross-functional projects and engaging stakeholders at all levels.

  • A passion for continuous improvement, innovation, and delivering a high-quality employee and candidate experience through technology.
